Terms of Enterprise Service

1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the access and use of the DecisionVault AI decision intelligence platform, developer APIs, software development kits (SDKs), and enterprise cloud connectors provided by DecisionVault ("Provider"). By provisioning an account, accessing decision-vault.com, or calling our REST API, Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms.

2. SaaS Subscription & API Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of subscription fees, DecisionVault grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global license to access the neural precedent vault, deploy organizational decision evaluators, and integrate our developer REST API into internal production software systems.

• Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all API secret tokens.
• Customer may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source weights from the Vault-34B neural models.
• Customer may not exceed the provisioned rate limits or concurrency quotas of their purchased plan without prior agreement.

3. Customer Ownership & Intellectual Property

Customer Retains 100% IP: Customer exclusively owns all right, title, and interest in all decision payloads, strategic trade-off notes, proprietary financial variables, and internal corporate metadata submitted to the platform.

DecisionVault does not acquire any ownership interest in Customer intellectual property. DecisionVault will never use Customer data to train or fine-tune public foundation models shared across external tenants.

4. Cloud Infrastructure SLA & Availability

DecisionVault commits to an uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.9% for Growth tiers and 99.999% for Enterprise Dedicated enclaves. Our multi-region architecture is hosted on Amazon Web Services across active-active availability zones with automated failover and sub-minute disaster recovery.

5. Governing Law & Notices
